Additional Information
 The file format* is incompatible with the unit.
 Your USB device is partitioned. When a USB device is partitioned, only the first
partition is playable.
 The file name extension is incorrect or missing. Supported extensions are as
follows:
 MP3 file: ".mp3"
 WMA file: ".wma"
 AAC file: ".m4a", ".mp4", ".3gp"
 The format is not supported. Supported formats are as follows:
 Audio file: MP3/WMA/AAC format
 The WMA file is created in WMA DRM/WMA Lossless/WMA PRO format.
These formats are incompatible with this unit.
 A copy-protected AAC file and AAC Lossless formatted AAC file cannot be
played on the unit.
 An AAC file containing something other than sound or more than one sound
track, cannot be played on the unit.
 The maximum hierarchy (Folder level) that the unit can recognize is exceeded.
(Up to eight levels can be recognized.)
 The number of folders recorded in the SD card/USB device exceeds 255.
 The number of files in a folder exceeds 999.
 A file protected by password or encrypted cannot be played.
* This unit supports only FAT16 and FAT32 file systems.
For details, refer to the instruction manual supplied with your SD card/
USB device, or ask your dealer or the manufacturer of the SD card/USB
device.
Cause and remedy
 Find a location and an orientation that provide good reception.
 Reposition the antenna.
 The AM antenna switch is set to "EXT".
 Set the AM antenna switch to "INT" when the loop antenna is not connected.
 The rod antenna is not extended.
 As radio waves are weaker in buildings, listen to the unit as near to a window as
possible.
 Move the unit away from any TVs or other radios.
 Someone is using a cellular phone or other equipment that emits radio waves
near the unit.
 Use cellular phones, etc., away from the unit.
 If you are listening to an FM program near a TV with an indoor antenna, move
the unit away from the TV.
