In the Scan - Group Dial Setting - Group Dial Registration window, select the type of group dial
destination to be added.

Group Dial Registration (Add Destinations)
The Scan - Group Dial Setting - Group Dial Registration window allows you to configure the
following items:

Speed Dial Index
Description
Displays the number in the group dial list. Click a group dial number where no
destinations is registered to add in the Group Dial Registration page.
For details, refer to "Group Dial Registration (Destination type)" on page 83.
If a group is already registered with the number that is clicked, the registered
information can be edited.
Displays the name of the group dial.
Shows whether the registered group contains fax destinations or e-mail destinations.
Deletes the corresponding group dial.
Description
From the drop-down list, select the type of group dial destination to be added.
If "Fax" is selected, a group of Fax Destination will be displayed.
If "E-mail" is selected, a group of E-mail Destination will displayed.
For details, refer to "Group Dial Registration (Add Destinations)" on page 83.
Choices Fax, E-mail
Default Fax
Displays the page for the type of speed dial destination selected from the list.
Resets all configuration settings in this page to their user defaults.
Description
Specify the name of the group dial.
Range Up to 20 characters
Click to jump to the beginning of the speed dial list within the same page.
