How to Configure Digital Modem PVDM2s
Purpose
Creates a group asynchronous interface.
Enables IP processing on the loopback interface without
assigning an explicit IP address to the interface.
Sets the Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) as the encapsulation
method used by this interface.
Specifies that dial-on-demand routing (DDR) be supported.
interactive enables SLIP and PPP EXEC commands on this
interface. dedicated disables SLIP and PPP EXEC
commands, and sets the encapsulation to what is configured
for the interface.
Specifies an IP address from the defined IP address pool to
be returned to a remote peer connecting to this interface.
