Action
1. Make sure that all microprocessors have the same cache size.
2. Update the BIOS code again.
3. Reseat microprocessor x.
4. (Trained service technician only) Replace microprocessor x.
1. Make sure that a bootable operating system is installed.
2. Run the hard disk drive diagnostic tests.
3. Reseat the following components:
a. Hard disk drive
b. SAS hard disk drive backplane and cables
c. DVD drive and cables
d. I/O board shuttle assembly
4. Replace the components listed in step 3 one at a time, in the
order shown, restarting the server each time.
