AXIS StorPoint NAS 100 User's Guide
Basic Installation
Stage 1 - Connecting the StorPoint NAS to the Network
Follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power.
2. Connect your StorPoint NAS to the network using the appropriate network connector, i.e.
RJ-45 for 100baseTX and 10baseT.
3. Switch on the tower.
The StorPoint NAS LED indicators will flash during power up and self test. When the Status
indicator stops flashing and turns solid green, the StorPoint NAS is ready for use.
Note:
If your StorPoint NAS is not already installed in a tower, refer to the "AXIS StorPoint NAS 100
User's Manual, Appendix D - Tower and Hard Disk Installation".
