Heating System

Symptom
Does not heat
Too hot
Flashing temperature of 34°F or
134°F appears on the display

Electrical System

Symptom
Will not turn on – in any mode
Turns on by itself
Light is out
Pump shuts down unexpectedly
while in use
3 flashing LEDs appear on the
Top Side Control

Water System

Symptom
Pulsating jets
No Jet Action, or action is poor
The water is cloudy or has a smell

Temperature setting is too low
2.
Dirty filter
3.
Flow switch out of adjustment
1.
Temperature setting is to high
2.
High limit tripped
Possible temperature sensor failure
Problem
No power
Normal automatic daily power
filtration, or anti-freeze cycle
Burned out bulb
1.
Automatic 30-minute timer has
shut pump off
2.
Motor over-heated and
automatic protective device
has shut down pump(s)
Possible sensor errors
Problem
Water level too low
1.
HydroTherapy Jets closed
2.
Diverter Valve turned
3.
Dirty Filter
4.
Air lock
5.
Gate valve closed
The water has a chemical
imbalance.
Corrective Action
1.
Turn up the thermostat
2.
Clean filter
3.
Call for service
1.
Turn down the thermostat
2.
Call for service

Corrective Action
Check circuit breaker and/or GFCI
No action required
Replace bulb
1.
Push JETS pad again to start
another 30-minute cycle
2.
If pump(s) will not restart when
JETS pad is pushed, call for
service
Make sure that the equipment
panel vent area is not blocked.
Vent blockage can cause
serious damage to your
equipment.

Check water level

Clean filter
If problem persists:

Turn off power

Restart the system
If problem persists:

Corrective Action
Fill with water to 1" to 2" (2 to 5
centimeters) above the bottom of
the tile line

Open Jets
2.
Turn the Diverter Valve
clockwise or counter
clockwise
3.
Clean Filter
4.
Loosen pump union to allow air
to escape
5.
Open gate valve
1.
Check TA/pH
2.
Test and adjust
3.
Change Water if necessary
