14.3 posGetIP
posGetIP is a helper script that is used in conjunction with adminc. It finds all addresses
for Point of Service terminals that are managed by the local Branch Server. This tool
must be run on the Branch Server. Output is the list of addresses, one line each.
Both IP and MAC addresses can be listed. The default is to list the IP addresses. It finds
its server base by looking at the IP addresses that are configured on the local machines.
/etc/SLEPOS/branchserver.conf is used to find the LDAP connection infor-
mation.
14.3.1 Command Line Options
posGetIP has the following command syntax:

Description
The port number that admind listens on. The default is
8888.
The maximum number of parallel sessions to start. The
default is 8.
The command keys to be sent to clients. The command
keys are specified in the client's admind.conf file.
The wake command starts the designated clients. Clients
are designated by their MAC addresses.
