To copy sources from a specific custom directory, which must contain a missing source
when poscopytool.pl asks for it, specify the custom directory:
poscopytool.pl --source=/media/mysource

11.3 Managing the Image Source Files

This section reviews tasks required to prepare the Administration Server tasks to build
system images with KIWI.
• Section 11.3.1, "Copying the SUSE Linux Enterprise Point of Service CDs"
(page 159)
This task is required for all the Administration Servers you want to build images
on. You can copy the SUSE Linux Enterprise Point of Service CDs using either
POSCDTool or POSCopyTool.
• Section 11.3.2, "Linking the SUSE Linux Enterprise Point of Service CDs"
(page 160)
This task is required only if you are maintaining the product CDs in another direc-
tory structure, for example, if you store the product CDs on an NFS server to provide
a single point of installation for Administration and Branch Servers throughout
your network. You must use POSCDTool to link the SUSE Linux Enterprise Point
of Service CDs.
• Section 11.3.3, "Mounting the SUSE Linux Enterprise Point of Service CDs"
(page 161)
This task is required only if you have multiple Administration Servers you want to
build images on and you want to mount the servers to a single distribution directory
rather than copy the SUSE Linux Enterprise Point of Service CDs to each server.
You must use POSCDTool to mount the SUSE Linux Enterprise Point of Service
CDs.
