Why can't I turn on the device?
Please make sure that the device has sufficient
power, and that the battery is secured in the device.
Plug the device to an outlet by the AC charger.
Check whether the LED light on the device has
lighted up, and then press the power key on the
device to turn on the device.
Why can't my device make any sound alerts?
Tap the speaker icon
of the screen, and then adjust the alert or ring
volume.
You could also use the volume key on the left side of
the device to adjust volume.
Why would the screen darken automatically?
This is a power saving mechanism. You can change
this setting in Start > Settings > System tab >
Backlight > Battery Power tab & External Power tab.
When I open a file or a program, an "Insufficient
Memory" message pops up.
The device memory is shared by both of storage and
programs. You can follow the steps below to release
memory.
1. Remove some of the rarely used programs.
2. Remove rarely used files.
Why doesn't the screen respond accurately to

General tab. Select "Align Screen" to align the

Why does the device launch wrong programs or
ignore my command, when I press a device key?
Select Start > Settings > Personal tab > Buttons, and
check whether the programs assigned to each key is
correct. You can change these key assignments.
My device cannot form a successful connection
with ActiveSync.
Please make sure you have installed ActiveSync 4.5
or later version in your computer. You can find
ActiveSync in the installation CD, or you can
download the latest version from Microsoft's website.
Please make sure you have connected the device to
the computer by plugging in the USB cable to both of
the device and the computer.
Make sure that you are not running another program
that is using the same serial port.
If the connection still fails, remove ActiveSync in your
computer, and reinstall it.
How do I take out the Micro SD card from the SD
adapter?
The card slot on this device is designed for the Micro
SD card. To remove the Micro SD card from the SD
card adapter, please press the card, and then take
out the card.
Why are there double entries in my Contacts list?
Please go to Start > Programs > Phone Manager >
SIM Manager, and check all the SIM Contacts in
contact list. If you have already copied your SIM
contacts to the device, then you need to select this
option.
