TIME: Count the total time from exercise start to end. Press “MODE” button until “TIME” appears, press “SET” button to set exercise time. When the “SET” is zero, the computer will stop 1 seconds after the start of the time. SPEED: Display current speed. - Page 10 ADJUSTMENTS & USAGE GUIDE ADJUSTING THE TENSION Adjust the tension by rotating the Tension Control Knob (No. 9) clockwise to increase the level of resistance. Rotate the Tension Control Knob (No. 9) counterclockwise to decrease the level of resistance. Tension levels are set at Level 1 being the lowest and Level 8 being the highest.
