    ADJUSTMENT GUIDE ADJUSTING THE BALANCE: In order to achieve a smooth and comfortable exercise during use, you must ensure that the stability of the bike is correct. If during use you notice that the bike is unbalanced you can adjust the foot pads located beneath the front and rear stabilizers.
