Using Pure Charge&Go BCT IX
with multiple paired devices
Your Pure Charge&Go BCT IX hearing aids can be paired to multiple devices
simultaneously, allowing you to easily switch between different devices.
How to switch between paired phones for remote control adjustments via the Signia app
You can use the Signia app on any paired phone at any time to make remote control adjustments (for example, change
volume or listening program), with no additional step needed.
How to switch between paired devices for streaming audio
To switch between different paired devices for audio streaming, simply disconnect from the Bluetooth connection of
one device and connect to the other device. Note that this does not mean you need to unpair/repair to the devices each
time – see examples below.
Example 1: Switching connection from an iPhone to a
computer
Disconnect your hearing aids from your phone by either
one of these options:
• Briefly turn off the Bluetooth on your phone until you
have connected your hearing aids to your computer.
• Open your phone's Bluetooth menu, tap the
icon next to the hearing aid pairing for the streaming
connection, and tap Disconnect (see screenshots to
the right).
On your computer, open the
Bluetooth & devices menu
and click Connect next to
your hearing aids.
