Pairing Pure Charge&Go BCT IX
to an iPhone
Your hearing aids use two types of Bluetooth® connections.
• Bluetooth® LE is used to connect each hearing aid individually to the Signia app for remote control
adjustments. Pairing this connection is done through the Signia app.
• Bluetooth® Classic is used to connect your hearing aids jointly for streaming calls and audio. Pairing
this connection is done through your phone's Bluetooth menu.
Follow the simple steps below to pair both types of Bluetooth connections.
Step 1
Download the Signia app (version 2.7.0 or later).
Step 2
Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is switched on.
Note: If your hearing aids are already paired to another device nearby, turn off the Bluetooth on that other device
during the pairing process.
Step 3
Open the Signia app.
Step 4
Tap the Bluetooth pairing
option.

Step 5
Turn your hearing aids off
and back on to put them in
pairing mode for approx. 3
minutes. Tap OK.
Step 6
When your hearing aids
appear, tap their name to
select.
