- Page 2 Instant Turbo: With the EC23 switch off, press and hold the switch for 1.5 seconds until the Turbo mode is displayed (1800 lumens), release to maintain constant illumination. If one continuously holding down the switch, the EC23 will enter momentary Turbo. Adjusting Brightness Levels Within 3 seconds after the EC23 is switched on, press and hold the switch to cycle through brightness levels of Ultralow-Low-Medium-High-Turbo. To select a desired brightness level, simply release the switch when that level is displayed. This mode provides an intelligent memory function to ensure direct access to the previously used brightness level when the EC23 is reactivated.
