nmblookup

nmblookup <options> <netbios_name>
The
program resolves NetBIOS names into IP addresses. The program broadcasts
nmblookup
its query on the local subnet until the target machine replies.
Here is an example:
nmblookup trek
querying trek on 10.1.59.255
10.1.56.45 trek<00>

pdbedit

pdbedit <options>
The
program manages accounts located in the SAM database. All backends are
pdbedit
supported including
smbpasswd
The following are examples of adding, deleting, and listing users:
