Installation Instructions
1) Carefully remove the existing plug from the de-
vice
2) Strip back about 1 inch of the cable jacket from
the existing cable, and strip back about 3/8" of
wire insulation from each conductor. Twist the
exposed strands.
3) Open the replacement connector by loosening
the screws and separating the connector body
and shell.
4) Route the cord through the strain relief con-
nector and into the shell. NOTE: You may need
to loosen the strain relief screws to achieve a
good fit.
5) Install each conductor into the correct terminal
pocket: GREEN wire to GREEN terminal,
WHITE wire to SILVER terminal, and BLACK
wire to BRASS terminal.
6) Tighten the terminal screws.
7) Re-assemble the plug connector and tighten
the connector screws and strain relief screws.
