1/8" Hex Key wrench
STRICTLY OBSERVE ThE fOLLOWING GUIDELINES IN ORDER TO USE ThE
PRODUCT PROPERLY AND AVOID POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACCIDENTS.
PROCEDURE
STEP 1 Use a 1/8" hex key wrench; remove the four button head cap screws from the
trap door on the hyper.
STEP 2 Remove the trap door and the trap door gasket.
STEP 3 Set the filter assembly in place with the cup section of the filter cage inside the
Hypercharger. Hold the Stinger Vented Trap Door in place and line up the mounting holes in
the Stinger, the filter and the Hypercharger. Secure the Stinger and filter to the
Hypercharger using the supplied 10–24 X 3/8" Socket Head Cap Screws and tighten.
fILTER CLEANING TIPS
• Separate the two halves of the filter cage to remove the filter.
• Using a mild soap and warm water solution and let the filter soak for a short time.
Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry, then re-oil with foam filter oil. Do not use
high-pressure water to wash the filter. Do not use compressed air to dry the filter.
K&N Filter Care Kit, Küryakyn P/N 85 may also be used.

Küryakyn warrants that any Küryakyn products sold
hereunder, shall be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the
date of purchase by the consumer excepting the

tract or duty between Küryakyn and a customer.
• Küryakyn products are often intended for use
in specific applications. Küryakyn makes no
warranty if a Küryakyn product is used in
applications other than intended.
• Küryakyn electrical products are warranted for
one (1) year from the date of purchase by the con-
sumer. Components of Küryakyn products containing
L.E.D.s will be warranted for defects in materials and
workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Küryakyn makes no warranty of any kind in
regard to other manufacturer's products distributed
by Küryakyn. Küryakyn will pass on all warranties
made by the manufacturer and where possible, will
expedite the claim on behalf of the customer,
but ultimately, responsibility for disposition of the
warranty claim lies with the manufacturer.
