KIT CONTENTS
1-TRACK ROD BRACKET
1-POLY BAG CONTAINING
2-5/16" X 1" BOLTS
2-5/16" NUTS
4-5/16" WASHERS
1-12MM X 65MM BOLT
1-12MM FLANGE LOCK NUT
1-CRUSH SLEEVE
1. Disconnect the track bar from the axle bracket on driver side of vehicle using a T55 Torx bit.
2. Install the new track bar relocation bracket in the stock location with the supplied crush sleeve. See Photo 1.
Secure using the factory hardware in the factory location. Using a drill enlarge the two factory holes in the
factory mount using a 11/32" drill bit as shown in Photo 2 and install the 5/16" X 1" bolts, washers, nuts and
tighten using 1/2" wrench to 15 ft/lbs Do not install the track rod in the new bracket at this time.
3. Jack up the axle to compress the coil spring and to a align the track rod with the new mounting point. Install
using the supplied 12mm x 65mm bolt and flange lock nut. Tighten the bolt to 55 ft/lbs with a 18mm wrench.
1. Check all fasteners for proper torque. Check to ensure there is adequate clearance between all rotating,
mobile, fixed and heated members. Check steering for interference and proper working order.
2. Re torque all fasteners after 500 miles. Visually inspect components and re torque fasteners during routine
vehicle service.
