PURA X FAQ
1. What kind of cat litter is suitable for PURA X?
Kindly please also ensure that you are using clumping litters that have a measurement of
3*13mm (3 is the diameter, 13 is the length)
Compatible type of clumping litter: Clay litter, tofu litter, and mixed litter.
2. How to clean PURA X?
If it's not too bad, you can wipe it with a wet towel. If you want to clean the whole cylinder,
you can take it out and rinse it with water. Rest assure that the product is safe from
electric shock as this does not have electronic parts. The cat litter filter can also be
removed for washing. Note that the cylinder and cat litter filter must be dried after
cleaning and then installed back to avoid corrosion. Other parts can be wiped with wet
towel, please do not rinse with water directly.
3. PURA X waste bin full error
Please confirm that the current firmware and App version of the device is the latest
version.
Check whether the garbage bag is not pressed tightly by the press ring, the recognition
error is caused by the lifting, please use the press ring to press the garbage bag tightly,
and the position of the rubbish bag shall not exceed the highest point of the ring. Wipe
the infrared sensor in the bottom, the small red arrow, one on the left and one on the left.

4. How does PURA X keep my cat safe?
To ensure the cat's safety, there are sophisticated heat sensors and weight sensors inside the
device.It automatically pauses when a cat is nearby or enters into the cylinder. While your cat is
inside the cylinder, the weight sensors will ensure that the cylinder remains stationary still until your
cat exits the cylinder.

5. Why is the cat's weight measured incorrectly?
There are many factors to influence the scale to measure the cat weight. So, your cat
weight might be different on these two litter boxes.
1. it is possible that the cat has been accustomed to stepping on the door with one foot
to go to the toilet, so the weight measured by the scale will be inaccurate. This is related
to the cat's toilet habits, so don't worry.
