Combined Roof Kit for Can-Am Defender

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Read these instructions and check to be sure all parts and tools are accounted for. Please retain
these installation instructions for future reference.
IMPORTANT
This COMBINED ROOF KIT is exclusively designed for your vehicle. Please read the installation
instructions thoroughly before beginning. Installation is easier if the vehicle is clean and free of
debris.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Shift vehicle transmission into "PARK". Turn
key to "OFF" position and remove from vehicle.
2. Paste the seal in the red line position.
3. Use self-tapping screws to fix the front and
rear pieces of the roof together.
The self-tapping screws shown in red circles
(located on both sides of the roof) do not need
to add flat pads.
4. After the combination of the roof, the six
positions in the red circle painted with bolts and
nuts fastened to further strengthen. The middle
of the four nuts without flat pads below.
5. Roof assembly completed.

Install the U-nuts, spacers and screws one as shown in the figure. by one in the order shown in the figure. 7. Install the 4 pieces of M8 large spacers and screws as shown in the figure.
