FENDER FLARES KIT FOR CAN-AM DEFENDER

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Read these instructions and check to be sure all parts and tools are accounted for. Please retain
these installation instructions for future reference.
IMPORTANT
Your FENDER FLARES KIT is exclusively designed for your vehicle. Please read the installation
instructions thoroughly before beginning. Installation is easier if the vehicle is clean and free of
debris.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Shift vehicle transmission into "PARK". Turn
key to "OFF" position and remove from vehicle.
2. Drill location holes on front fender by 3mm
twist pistol drill.
3. Fix the front fender flare to the front fender
by 5X40 self-tapping screws.
4. Refer to the holes on front fender flare, and
drill installation holes on front fender by 3mm
twist pistol drill. Then, fix front fender flare to
vehicle by 5X40 self-tapping screws.
5. Drill location holes on rear fender by 3mm
twist pistol drill.
6. Fix the upper rear fender flare to rear fender
by 5X40 self-tapping screws.
7. Place the lower rear fender flare on the front
of rear wheel, and mark the positions of
installation holes on the rear fender, then drill
the holes by 6.5mm and 12.5mm pistol drill.
