BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Read these instructions and check to be sure all parts and tools are accounted for. Please retain
these installation instructions for future reference.
IMPORTANT
This MUD FLAPS KIT is exclusively designed for your vehicle. Please read the installation
instructions thoroughly before beginning. Installation is easier if the vehicle is clean and free of
debris.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Prior to this assembly, the 50'' fender
flares (P/N 715003625) must be installed or
already equipped
procedure does not apply to the Fender Flare
(P/N 715004959) and Fender Flares Extension
(P/N 715004462).
Installation of Small Rear Mudguards
1. Shift vehicle transmission into "PARK". Turn
key to "OFF" position and remove from vehicle.
2. Remove and keep the indicated screw.
3. Install small
re-installing the previous screw. Tighten to
specification.
4. Apply pressure on the small rear left
mudguard. Then, using the small rear left
mudguard [P3] as a template, drill a 8.5 mm
(11/32 in) mounting hole.
NOTICE: When drilling, be careful to drill only
into the first layer of plastic.

5. Install one (1) plastic rivet or screw.
6. Repeat procedure on the right side of the
vehicle using the small rear right mudguard.
Installation of Rear Mudguards
1. Remove the indicated screw, washer and
nut at the left rear end on the vehicle. Discard
the nut.

2. Install the rear left mudguard using the
screw and washer from the previous step and
one (1) M6 nut. Tighten only until the rear left
mudguard comes into contact with the vehicle
to allow movement.
