IMPORTANT:
*Carefully unpack all parts and identify them with parts list before attempting to
assemble.
*Do not tighten all screws until you have completed assembly.
1. Attach SEAT CUSHION (2) to LEFT and RIGHT LEGS (1A &1B) by inserting 6
SCREWS (4).
2. Attach BACK CUSHION (3) to the LEFT and RIGHT LEGS (1A & 1B) by inserting 4
SCREWS (4).
3. Please do not tighten all screws during assembling until adjusted the chair to be
level.
4. Make sure to follow up with assemble.
ATTENTION:
*Make certain all screws are fully tightened before using chair.
*Periodically (at least every 4 month) make sure that the screws are still fully
tightened.
