#2 Phillips Screwdriver or Equivalent 7 - #10 HI-LO Screw (Part No: 50-9719) – May use existing seat assembly screws on chair. 1. Tilt Ceres Multipurpose chair or place Ceres chair on elevated surface for removal of seat assembly (See Figure 1 below).

3. Remove seat bottom cover and pull seat assembly from Ceres Multipurpose chair. 4. Take new seat assembly and center the seat assembly with the Ceres Multipurpose frame (see Figure 3). Make sure the seat assembly is positioned under the frame.

5. Place the seat bottom cover on top of the Ceres Multipurpose frame. Make sure all (7) fastener points on the bottom cover line up with the seat assembly (see Figure 4). Fasten all (7) screws to attach the seat bottom cover with the seat assembly.
