Product Code:
Place mounting bracket on top of spacer block. The square holes
in bracket must engage the squares on spacer block.
Install u-bolt around cross bar and into slots in mounting bracket.
Install plastic knobs onto u-bolts.
Tighten all plastic knobs firmly and evenly.
Make sure installation is secure by pulling side-to-side and fore
and aft on basket.
