PROCEDURE
INSTALLING THE TOP BRACKETS
1. Remove grill assembly from front of the vehicle (there are six clips, so carefully pull on grill assembly).
2. Set grill assembly aside and note location of the existing holes there are a set on top of the bumper.
Attach driver side top bracket as shown in illustration by using the factory existing holes. Straighten
brackets (space out brackets 27" apart) then tighten the 3/8 x 1 hex bolts.
3. Re- attach grill assembly to vehicle
INSTALLING THE FRAME BRACKETS
4. Using the bolts that hold the tow hooks in place attach the frame brackets facing inward (hand tighten as
you may have to move the brackets around slightly to align the front bar).
INSTALLING THE FRONT BAR
5. Line up the 3 holes on the lower portion of the Front Bar with the 3 holes on the outside of each of
the Frame Mount Brackets and attach using (4) 7/16" hex bolts, (8) 7/16" flat washers, and (4) 7/16"
hex lock nuts for each side. Hand tighten.
