INSTALLATION STEPS
1) This hitch consists of a receiver assembly and two separate arms bolting to the outside surface of the
receiver assembly on the driver and passenger sides. This unit then bolts to the vehicle frame in four places.
2) Fasten two arms to the receiver assembly (arms to the outside) using fasteners as shown.
3) Mount the receiver assembly to the vehicle crossmember weldnuts. Do not fully tighten at this time.
4) Forward ends of the arms will bolt to the inner side of the boss at each frame rail as shown.
5) Torque all 14mm fasteners to 100 lb-ft, all 7/16" fasteners to 50 lb-ft, and all 5/8" fasteners to 170 lb-ft.
PERIODICALLY CHECK THIS RECEIVER HITCH TO ENSURE THAT ALL FASTENERS
ARE TIGHT AND THAT ALL STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS ARE SOUND.
