  • Page 3 • Safety Precautions • The door must be closed when operating the shredder! Ensure free access to mains. Use two lockable swivel castors to secure the device from rolling away. Make sure the swivel castors are unlocked before moving the device! 120/1/60 with 20-amp plug.

    • Safety Precautions • Disconnect the mains plug prior to any cleaning or maintenance work! Do not perform any repairs on the shredder! (See page 17). Do not operate the machine without the safety flap (A). EMERGENCY STOP Safety Flap To stop the device in case of emergency: There are (2) labeled E-stops.

    • Unpacking Device • ATTENTION! If at any point, device begins to fall, move out of the way! Total weight crated: 330 lb 1. Rotate the crate in the direction shown, lifting with one person on each side. Lift point for both sides of crate 2.

    • Operation • Close the door. Plug into the wall socket. When using for the first time and when the oil bottle (C) is changed, machine must be primed with oil: • Press the rocker switch • Press, and hold the rocker switch “R“, until the LED (B) no longer blinks red.
  • Page 9 • Operation • Press the rocker switch (1.) : green LED is on; the machine is now ready for operation. Please note: Feed only one CD/DVD/BD at a time into the opening! Auto start / Auto stop: • Starts automatically when CD/DVD/BD is inserted (2.).
