Introduction & Objective:
This guide is intended to aide the service technician in the complete installation of the Konica Minolta
bizhub PRO C5500/C6500/C6500P. You should proceed through the ordered steps on these guide
pages, checking off each step as you progress through the installation. Since there are many steps
involved, this will help you make sure everything is accomplished before you leave the customer site;
thus preventing additional installation service calls.

Inspect the customer's site and verify the power requirements and space needed to properly
install the equipment. You can use the Space Requirements sheets on the following pages for
the proper space and power requirements.

When verified, provide the document to the customer and explain that this must be provided so
the equipment can run as it was designed.
NOTES:
The time frame involved to set up this equipment will vary depending on the customer site.
The Dip SW settings and color adjustments will vary depending on the service technician's
understanding of the customer needs.
