If outdoor cooking gas appliance is not in use the gas MUST be turned off at the supply cylinder. The pressure regulator and hose assembly supplied with the gas grill MUST be used. 2. Connect the gas hose to the regulator (if it is not already attached) and tighten the hose clamp. Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder by screwing it into the valve connector.
