    To clean the Grills effectively use the Grillstream cleaning brush which has been specially designed to quickly and effectively clean your Grillstream Grills. Rinse off with clean water and dry before returning to BBQ.

  • Page 17 Unscrew and remove Wingnut and Washer from Thermometer (3). Thread Thermometer Spindle though Grillstream Logo Plate (4) and then through Hood (1). Replace Washer and Wingnut. Carefully lower Cooking Frame onto Cabinet, ensuring fixing lugs are on the outside and that no wires of hoses are trapped between Cooking Frame and Cabinet.

  • Page 21 GSH65MK STEP 10 Reinstall the Side Burner (17) and Trivet (16) into Side Burner Side Shelf (12). Now reinstall the Side Burner Lid (18) by pushing the spring end of the spindle through the hole in the lid and side shelf, compressing the spring to allow you to thread the opposite end through the opposite hole.

Now further secure at the rear using 1 x Bolt (A). Attach Side Shelf Fascia - Left (13) at the front to side of Control Panel using 2 x Bolt (G).
  • Page 23 GSH65MK STEP 12 Attach Warming Rack Clip – Left (23) to top lip of Cooking Frame using 1 x Bolt (A) and 1 x Washer (H). Now further secure Side Burner Side Shelf from inside of Cooking Frame using 2 x Bolt (A) and 2 x Washer (H).
  • Page 24 GSH65MK STEP 13 Insert wire from LED Circuit Board (41) through hole in Control Knob Bezel (40) and push circuit board into place, ensuring hole and cutout match up with those on the bezel. Part screw in bolt from separate bolt pack on Side Burner Control Spindle and slide through Side Shelf Fascia - Left (13) and Control Knob Bezel from behind.

  • Page 26 GSH65MK STEP 15 Attach Side Shelf Support Bracket – Right Rear (21) to inside rear of Side Shelf (19) with 2 x Bolt (G). Now attach Side Shelf Fascia – Right (20) to front of Side Shelf using 1 x Bolt (G) through far right hole and 2 x Self-Tapping Screw (F).
  • Page 27 GSH65MK STEP 16 Part unscrew the two bolts indicated on side of Cooking Frame and slot Side Shelf (19) in place and retighten the bolts. Now further secure at the rear using 1 x Bolt (A). Attach Side Shelf Fascia - Right (20) at the front to side of Control Panel using 2 x Bolt (G).

  • Page 30 GSH65MK STEP 19 Pass Spacers (B) and Self-Tapping Screws (C) through Cabinet Doors (26) and screw into Door Handles (25). To fit Cabinet Doors in place, first slide the hole on bottom of door over Door Spindle (E), depress spring-loaded catch on underside of Cooking Frame and position top of door until spring-loaded catch slides into top hole.
  • Page 31 GSH65MK STEP 20 Connect Battery Wire to the Battery Pack (27). The reverse of the Battery Pack is magnetic and should attach to Cabinet Side Panel - Right (8) in area shown. Insert 4 x AA Batteries (not supplied) into Battery Pack. The On/Off switch for the LED Control Knob function is located to the left of the control panel.

  • Page 35 GSH65MK STEP 24 Hook Grillstream Fat Cup (33) over holes in Cabinet Side Panel - Right (8). This should be located directly below the spout of Fat Channel (34) to catch fat and meat juices channelled from the Grillstream system.
  • Page 36 GSH65MK STEP 25 Insert back legs of Warming Rack (39) into channel on Warming Rack Clips. Angle Warming Rack forwards and insert front legs into holes located on Cooking Frame (5). To operate, lift front legs out of holes in Cooking Frame and tilt Warming Rack upwards. Pull Warming Rack forwards slightly so back legs are inline with vertical track and slide downwards.
  • Page 37 Place Grillstream Grills (37) and Griddle (38) into Cooking Frame. Leg tabs from bottom Grillstream Grills and Griddle should rest on lip at back of Cooking Frame.     GSH65MK TESTING YOUR BBQ TESTING FOR LEAKS - DO THIS BEFORE USING YOUR BBQ. Note - Do not test for gas leaks with an open flame. If you smell gas, turn off at the source. Before first use, at the beginning of each new season, or whenever a gas cylinder is changed, you must check for gas leaks.
