    GGH46SS CONNECTING THE GAS CYLINDER WARNING INFORMATION There are two different types of gas that can be used on your gas BBQ - Read this Operating Manual before use depending on where you live, that being either butane or propane gas.

  • Page 23 GGH46SS STEP 12 To attach the Ceramic Side Burner Ignition (20) unscrew Ignition Button and Nut, attach Ignition Wire from Ceramic Side Burner Assembly, pass the threaded section of the Ignition through hole on Ceramic Side Burner Side Shelf from behind and screw Nut by hand to secure.
  • Page 24 GGH46SS STEP 13 Insert wire from LED Circuit Board (21) through hole in Ceramic Side Burner Shelf Bezel and push circuit board into place, ensuring hole and cutout match up with those on the bezel. Part screw in bolt from separate bolt pack on Side Burner Control Spindle and slide through Ceramic Side Burner Shelf Bezel from behind.
  • Page 25 GGH46SS STEP 14 Remove Ceramic Side Burner Lid (16) from Ceramic Side Burner Assembly (15) by pushing the Lid Axle left towards its spring and then lift right side of axle out first. Now insert Ceramic Side Burner Assembly into Ceramic Side Burner Shelf (14) from below, ensuring holes line up, and secure in place using 4 x Self Tapping Screw (packed with Side Burner Assembly).
  • Page 26 GGH46SS STEP 15 Slide Ceramic Side Burner Drip Tray (19) underneath the Ceramic Side Burner Assembly ensuring it is level and supported on both runners. Unscrew the pre-installed bolts and feed the Side Burner Hose into opening on the Ceramic Side Burner Assembly, line up holes and re-install the bolts.
  • Page 27 GGH46SS STEP 16 Attach Gas Connection Bracket to Side Panel (9) using Bolt (A). Now tighten the nut above the Gas Connection Bracket, this will help hold the hose in place when you attach the hose and regulator later. Note: The Gas Connection Bracket and Hose will be attached behind the Control Panel via cable tie, please cut the cable tie carefully to avoid damaging the components behind the Control Panel.
  • Page 28 GGH46SS STEP 17 Pass spacers and bolts from separate bolt pack through Cabinet Doors (23) and screw into Door Handles. Insert Door Spindles (C) into Cabinet Base Panel (6). To fit Cabinet Doors (23) in place, first slide the hole on bottom of door over Door Spindle (C), depress spring-loaded catch on underside of Cooking Frame and position top of door until spring-loaded catch slides into top hole.
  • Page 29 GGH46SS STEP 18 Attach Grease Cup Bracket (26) to underside of Grease Tray (25) using 2 x Bolt (A). Place Grease Cup (27) inside Grease Cup Bracket (26) and then slide underneath Cooking Frame ensuring it is level and on top of runners.
  • Page 30 Cooking Frame. Leg tabs from bottom Grillstream Grills and Grillstream Gastro Grills should rest on lip at back of Cooking Frame with the logo tab at the front. Top Grillstream Grills should sit directly on top of the bottom Grills.
  • Page 31 GGH46SS STEP 20 Insert 4 x AA Batteries (not supplied) into Battery Pack (31). Connect Battery Pack to LED Light Wire. Peel off plastic backing from sticky pad on the rear of the Battery Pack and affix to inside of Side Panel (9).
  • Page 32 Attach Bottle Opener (29) through Cabinet Side Panel (8) using bolts and Bottle Opener Bracket (30) as shown. Hook Grillstream Fat Cup (28) over holes in Cabinet Side Panel (9). This should be located directly below the spout of Fat Channel (32) to catch fat and meat juices channelled from the Grillstream system.

    GGH46SS TESTING YOUR BBQ TESTING FOR LEAKS - DO THIS BEFORE USING YOUR BBQ. Note - Do not test for gas leaks with an open flame. If you smell gas, turn off at the source. Before first use, at the beginning of each new season, or whenever a gas cylinder is changed, you must check for gas leaks.
