This product takes approximately 90 MINUTES
to assemble with 2 PEOPLE. The fittings pack
contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT
AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN. Read this
leaflet in full before commencing assembly.

    GIL46SS CONNECTING THE GAS CYLINDER WARNING INFORMATION There are two different types of gas that can be used on your gas BBQ - Read this Operating Manual before use depending on where you live, that being either butane or propane gas.

Now secure into Left Island Base Panel (15) using a further 2 x Bolt (A) and tighten all bolts. Finally, remove adhesive tape on back of Battery Pack (49) and affix to Left Island Inner Panel in area shown.

Now secure into Right Island Base Panel (21) using a further 2 x Bolt (A) and tighten all bolts. Now place Ceramic Side Burner Side Shelf over Ceramic Side Burner Assembly (29), ensuring holes line up, and secure in place using 4 x Self Tapping Screw (packed with Side Burner Assembly).

  • Page 25 GIL46SS STEP 14 Attach Prep Table Hinge (38) to Prep Table Leg (37) using 3 x Bolt (A) and 3 x Washer (C). Now open the hinge, ready for the next step. Note: Please take care whenever operating the Prep Table Hinge as there is a risk of trapping fingers.
  • Page 26 GIL46SS STEP 15 Attach Prep Table Leg (37) to rear side of Right Island Door / Prep Table (25) using 3 x Bolt (A). Now attach Prep Table Magnet Upper (40) to rear side of Right Island Door / Prep Table using 2 x Bolt (A).
  • Page 27 GIL46SS STEP 16 Press down on the release button on the Prep Table Hinge and fold the Prep Table Leg down until it makes a connection with the Prep Table Magnet – Upper, ready for the next step. Note: Please take care whenever operating the Prep Table Hinge as there is a risk of trapping fingers.

Note: To allow easy access please lift Right Island Door / Prep Table and lower Prep Table Leg by gently pulling down until Prep Table Hinge is engaged with a click.
  • Page 31 GIL46SS STEP 20 Carefully lower the Cooking Frame (11) into place between the two Islands until it rests on the Left and Right Island Cooking Frame Brackets (41 & 42). Note: It is important not to trap the Main Gas Hose, Side Burner Hose or Battery Wire.

  • Page 34 GIL46SS STEP 23 Push Door Magnet into rectangular opening in the front of the Left Island. Slide Drip Tray (44) into place beneath cooking frame, ensuring that it sits level on both runners located at the sides. Place Ice Bucket (35) and Chopping Board (36) into opening on the top of the Right Island.
  • Page 35 GIL46SS STEP 24 Insert Door Spindle (E) into left hole of Left Island Base Panel (15). To fit Left Island Door (19) in place, first slide the hole on bottom of door over Door Spindle (E), depress spring-loaded catch on underside of Ceramic Side Burner Side Shelf and position top of door until spring-loaded catch slides into top hole.
  • Page 36 GIL46SS STEP 25 Place Hybrid Flame Tamers (8) into Cooking Frame directly above Tube Burners. The extended parts of the Hybrid Flame Tamers will rest on the angled sections at the front and back of the Cooking Frame. Place the Warming Rack (4) on the runners inside the Cooking Frame.
  • Page 37 GIL46SS STEP 26 Insert Fat Channel (9) into Cooking Frame by first sliding the thin end (spout) through right-hand side of Cooking Frame and then slotting the front lip of the Fat Channel between and Cooking Frame and Control Panel.
  • Page 38 The Circular Griddle Plate should rest on top of the upper Grillstream Gastro Grill above the cutout section. You can also swap out the Circular Griddle Plate for a variety of Grillstream Gastro Accessories including a Pizza Stone, Wok or Chicken Roaster (sold separately) for a varied cooking experience.

  • Page 40 GIL46SS STEP 29 Connect Battery Wire to the Battery Pack (49) installed in Step 5. The On/Off switch for the LED Control Knob function is located on the left-hand side of the Control Panel. Use this to enable or disable the LED function. Note: The Control Knobs will light up individually when they are twisted to the on position to indicate which burners are active.
  • Page 41 GIL46SS STEP 30 Hook Grillstream Fat Cup (46) over holes in Right Island Inner Side Panel (24). This should be located directly below the spout of Fat Channel (9) to catch fat and meat juices channelled from the Grillstream system. Note: The Grillstream Fat Cup should be emptied after each cooking session or whenever full.

    GIL46SS STEP 32 - FITTING THE OPTIONAL ROTISSERIE Attach Rotisserie Box Bracket to the outside of the right-hand side of the Cooking Frame using 2 x M6x12 bolts screwed from inside the Cooking Frame. Slide runners of the Rotisserie Battery Box over the Rotisserie Box Bracket.

    GIL46SS TESTING YOUR BBQ TESTING FOR LEAKS - DO THIS BEFORE USING YOUR BBQ. Note - Do not test for gas leaks with an open flame. If you smell gas, turn off at the source. Before first use, at the beginning of each new season, or whenever a gas cylinder is changed, you must check for gas leaks.
