Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the Z-Force 800/1000 Aero-Vent
Polycarbonate Rear Window.
1. Check over the parts included in the cartons with the parts list shown below:
1 ¾" Loom Clamps
1" Bolts
2" Bolts
Thumb Nuts
Lock Nut
Small Washers
1 ¼" Black Spacer
Slide Fasteners
48" End Bulb Rubber Gasket
Vent Sliders
Rear Window
If any parts are damaged or missing please contact customer service at (606) 845-7439.
2. Start by pulling it out of the box, find a clean area to lay it down, and install the hardware. Begin by
peeling off the protective film. Next take the 48" piece of rubber gasket and starting at one end firmly
place along the bottom edge of the Windshield as shown in the photo below.

- Page 2 3. Next prepare the vent slider to be installed on the windshield. Take the 2” bolt, Black nylon spacers and lock nut and attach them to the vent sliders as shown in the following photos. Take the spacer and slide it over the bolt as shown below...
- Page 3 Now insert the bolt in the small holes and screw on the lock nuts so the end of the bolt is flush with the outside edge of the lock nut. 4. Now place the sliders on the inside surface of the windshield. And place the plastic slide fasteners through the slots on the slider and into the holes in the windshield.
- Page 4 7. Now you are ready to take it out and enjoy. To clean the windshield, always clean using a liquid of some sort to decrease the chance of scratches. We recommend using micro fiber cloths that are readily available at any dollar store. Any window cleaner will work fine; just remember to use a soft clean rag or micro-fiber cloth to clean it.
