HEAT SHIELD INSTALL CAUTION! If the machine has been running, Be sure to let it cool before attempting any of the steps in this manual. All surfaces will be HOT. DANGER! Use proper jack stands to safely support the machine before attempting to sit or lay under the machine.

HEAT SHIELD INSTALL • Once both tanks are retightened, wrap both suction hoses with the included felt wrap (C60386). STEP 3: • Install the new muffler provided with the kit to the engine (M7 nuts). (M11 wrench) • Reinstall and tighten the top center chassis 1/2” bolt. (3/4”...

HEAT SHIELD INSTALL • Slide the front shield up in front of the chassis cross member leaving it loose until the belly pan is in- stalled. STEP 4: • Attach the new heat shield to the chassis using the provided 1/4” bolts & nuts. (3/8” wrench) NOTE: Be sure the front shield flange is on the bottom of the heat shield (see Fig.
