Before you install this kit —
instructions, warnings, cautions, and notes contained in
this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle
owner's manual for proper disconnection of electrical and
lifting of vehicle if required for installation of this product.

knowledge of basic mechanical work. If you do not feel that

Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle
• Always wear eye protection when operating power tools

  • Page 3 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 2 | Use the push pin removal tool to remove the two plastic push pins located on both sides of the grille. STEP 3 | Use the push pin removal tool to unplug the air sensor harness on the backside of the grille.
  • Page 4 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 4 | Remove the grille, by pulling straight out towards the front of the vehicle. NOTE: Avoid pulling at an angle to prevent damage to grille clips. STEP 5 | Using push pin removal tool, remove the four push pins securing the bumper to the vehicle.

  • Page 6 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 7 | Using the push pin removal tool, remove the push pin holding the fog light harness from the bumper support crossmember. STEP 8 | In each fender, remove the first two bolts closest to the front of the vehicle using an 10mm.

  • Page 9 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 12 | Remove the black plastic insert from the aluminum crash bar by squeezing the backside of the clips and pulling away from the vehicle. 855-680-9595 NEED HELP?
  • Page 10 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 13 | Using a 14mm deep well socket, loosen three of the nuts to release tension on the crash bar mount. NOTE: Only one side must be loosened to relieve tension on the assembly. If you do not do this, you will damage the threads on the frame mounting location.
  • Page 11 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 16 | Unbolt the power steering cooler from the frame. Use the provided relocation brackets with the provided M8 hardware to move the cooler closer to the A/C Condenser. Use a 13mm wrench. TECH TIP: If the cooler will not move back, follow the cooler line on the passenger side frame rail and unbolt the line to allow movement.
  • Page 12 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 17 | Using a 17mm socket, remove the two bolts securing the “L” brackets located on both ends of the underside of the front frame crossmember STEP 18 | Using the 17mm socket, remove the remaining bolt on the underside of the front frame crossmember to remove the frame extension.

  • Page 14 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 20 | Install the bumper wing on to the bumper center section using the provided M12 hardware, an 18mm socket/ wrench and a 19mm wrench STEP 21 | If running a winch, install the winch onto the winch plate prior to installing the winch plate onto the bumper.
  • Page 15 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 22 | If you plan on running a light bar, install the light bar bracket at this time. Install the light bar bracket through the bumper supports as shown. STEP 23 | Place the light bar bracket so that the mounting tabs are inside the bumper mounting tabs.
  • Page 16 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 24 | The “U” shaped light bar bracket will accept up to a 30” light bar. Install your light bar onto the DV8 bracket using the hardware and brackets provided with the light bar. Note: For this install we ran an DV8 20” Elite Series LED Dual Row light bar.
  • Page 17 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 26 | Reinstall the grillein the same manner it was removed. using the guide pins as a reference, use a 10mm socket and two of the factory bolts and push pins from step 1, to secure the grille. Reconnect the electrical wiring harness previously disconnected in step 4.

  • Page 19 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP 30 | Once the panels are trimmed, install the panels onto the vehicle, secure the panels using factory clips. STEP 31 | Using scissors or a razor blade, trim the inner fender, keeping the most mounting points possible while clearing the bumper.
