Every HBx integrates a half-bridge, consisting of two N-channel MOSFETs inside the package. The following components are placed and connected externally to each HBx: gate-source resistors (R_GSHx, R_GSLx), gate-source capacitors (C_GSHx, C_GSLx) and gate resistors (R_GHx, R_GLx).
