bit 4, 3, 2: Color
0 : White
1 : Black

4 : Blue
5 : Green
6 : Yellow
7 : Orange
bit 1, 0: Paint mode
0 : Only Frame
1 : The Frame with filled color in inside it.
2 : The Frame with filled color in outside it.
