EXERCISE COMPUTER FUNCTION BUTTON To make upward adjustment to each function datas. DOWN To make backward adjustment to each function datas. Touch the button to select year, month, date, hour and minute for setting. MODE /ENTER Touch the button to preset TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE.
