- Page 2 STEP 2: Carefully lift Shelf (C) to Screws (A) then fit Keyhole Brackets over heads and push/pull down to lock in place. Keyhole Bracket WOOD SCREWS Wood Screws provide optimal support when driven directly into a Wall Stud. If installation point is over a Wall Stud, drive Wood Screw directly into Stud.
- Page 3 How to Create a Template for Keyhole Brackets Place a strip of Painter’s Tape over both Keyholes on back of item to be hung. Use a Screwdriver or other pointed tool to punch a hole in tape at TOP of each Keyhole. PAINTER’S TAPE OF KEYHOLE Use a Level and Pencil to mark wall at installation location.
