    PREPARATION Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or operate the product. To protect the product from possible scratches, please assemble the parts on a scratch-free surface.

Attaching the media bay partition • Locate the Upper Partition (M). • Insert the pre-installed dowels on the Upper Partition (M) into the pre-drilled holes on the Fixed Shelf (B). • Secure the Upper Partition (M) in place by tightening the fasteners on the Top Panel with a Phillips screwdriver as shown.
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 9.Attaching the heater box • Locate the Heater Box (EB) and align it on top of the Control Panel Support. • Secure the heater box to the center shelf using Bolts (HH). Tighten on both sides using a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 12. Applying the Glue • Pour drops of glue (QQ) into pre-drilled holes in Base (A) as shown. Hardware Used Glue 13. Attaching the legs • Attach the legs (K) to the Base (A) with bolts (DD), using the included hexagon wrench (EE). Note: Do not overtighten the bolts.

Attaching the Base to the Main Assembly • Align the outer side panels of the main assembly with the edges of Base (A), as shown. • Insert the pre-installed dowels and screws on the ends of the Fixed Shelf (B) into the pre-drilled holes on outer side panels of the main assembly, as shown.

Assembling the log set • Route the wires of the Logset Left (EC) and the Logset Right (ED) down the back of the Ember Bed (EG) and into the receiving tabs to secure in place.

Installing the tip restraint hardware • When the Tipping Restraint Hardware (OO) is properly installed, it can provide protection against unexpected tipping of the Unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. • Each Tipping Restraint Hardware (OO) includes one Unit Anchor, one Wall Anchor, one Anchor Tether, and four Anchor Screws.
