Improper installation can result in personal injury or damage to the product or your equipment. • The ceiling or mounting surface must be capable of supporting four times the combined weight of the mount and projector.

Universal Projector Ceiling Mount Dimensions with mounting arms The mounting base with the mounting arms attached should be used for projectors with square or rectangular mounting plates and four holes, with hole distances between 4.29 and 13.54 in. (10.89 to 34.4 cm). It can also be used on projectors with two or three holes, with a distance between the mounting holes of 3.31 to 13.54 in.

NS-PROJ25 Step 1: Option 1 - Mounting on a drywall ceiling You will need Pencil 1/8 in. (3 mm) wood bit (for wood stud ceiling) Socket wrench with 3/8 in. (10 mm) socket Drill A - Ceiling plate G - M6 × 50 lag bolt (2)

Universal Projector Ceiling Mount Using a drill and a 1/8 in. (3 mm) drill bit, drill pilot holes in the ceiling, where you placed the pencil marks, to a depth of 2.5 in. (6.35 cm). 1/8 in. (3 mm) wood drill bit Drill Using a socket wrench with a 3/8 in.

Universal Projector Ceiling Mount Insert a concrete anchor (F) into each hole until it is flush with the ceiling, Lightly tap with a hammer, if necessary. Using a socket wrench with a 3/8 in. (10 mm) socket bit, mount the ceiling plate (A) to the ceiling using the two M6 x 50 lag bolts (G).
NS-PROJ25 Step 2: Assembling the mounting body with the ceiling plate You will need I - 3 mm hex wrench B - Mounting body CAUTIONS: • Make sure that you tighten the mounting body into the ceiling plate sufficiently in order to prevent the equipment from falling and causing possible damage or injury.

Universal Projector Ceiling Mount Adjust the mounting body (B) to the direction you want, then tighten the pre-installed locking screws with the 3 mm hex wrench (I). Tip: After adjusting to the appropriate angle, tighten the pre-installed locking screws to prevent your ceiling mount from coming loose and falling.

Universal Projector Ceiling Mount Attaching the mounting base to a projector with irregular mounting holes Attach the mounting arms (D) to your projector with three screws (L, M, N, or O) from the hardware provided. Notes: • If you use M3 (L) or M4 (M) screws, use M3/M4 washers (P). If you use M5 (N) or M6 (O) screws, use M5/M6 blue zinc washers (Q).

NS-PROJ25 Attach the mounting base (C) to the attached arms (D) using an M6 x 12 mm screw (J) and an M5/M6 black zinc washer (K). Do not tighten. Repeat step one to attach the other mounting arms (D) to the mounting base (C), then tighten all securely.
Universal Projector Ceiling Mount Step 4: Mounting the projector You will need H - 5 mm hex wrench J - M6 x 12 mm screw ( CAUTIONS: • Before mounting the projector/mounting base assembly, make sure that all screws are tightened in order to prevent the equipment falling and causing possible damage or injury.

Universal Projector Ceiling Mount Step 5: Installing the cable clip You will need E - Cable clip Install the cable clip (E) onto the pipe portion of the mounting body (B) by pushing it onto the pipe. NS-PROJ25 Step 6: Adjusting your projector You will need H - 5 mm hex wrench CAUTION: When adjusting, do not completely remove the screws to avoid accidents. • Swivel (directional) adjustments can be made by turning your projector in the direction you want.

Universal Projector Ceiling Mount - OR - • You can also adjust your projector angle laterally (side-to-side) by loosening the upper screws on both sides of the mounting base (C), and then adjusting the projector to the angle you want. Make sure you tighten the screws after the adjustment has been made.
NS-PROJ25 Removing your projector from the mount Remove all cables, as necessary. Loosen the screws on both sides of the mount base (C). Remove the mounting base with your projector attached from the hooks on the mount body. Set the projector down on a padded surface somewhere safe, then remove the mounting hardware from it.
Product is determined to be defective by an authorized Insignia repair center or store personnel, Insignia will (at its sole option): (1) repair the Product with new or rebuilt parts; or (2) replace the Product at no charge with new or rebuilt comparable products or parts.
