Setting Up

Press the ENTER button on the interface. If previously dim, the display will now brighten.
Press the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to 'Advanced Settings'. Then, press ENTER to select.
Press the DOWN button twice. Then, press the UP button once to enter the password as '0010'. Finally, press ENTER.
Press the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to 'Grid ON / Grid OFF'. Then, press ENTER.
Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to the 'Grid OFF' option. Then press ENTER.
Note: You should see that the operation light turns off.
Depending on what is available on your display, press the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to either:

Navigate to 'Soft Hard Lmt Set'. Then, press ENTER.
Navigate to 'Soft Backflow Power' and then press ENTER. Next, use the UP button to set the export limit as desired. This should always be a positive value. Finally, press ENTER to confirm.
Note: For example, a 5kW export limit will be shown as +05000W on the display. Ensure this is a '+' value.

Press the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to 'Mode Select' and press ENTER. It will appear as 'OFF' at first. Press the UP and DOWN buttons to navigate to 'Meter in Grid'. Press ENTER to confirm and you will get the display print 'DONE!'.
Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to 'Meter Select'. Then, press ENTER to select.
Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate to '3PH Meter'. Then, press ENTER to select.
Select the appropriate meter model name that you have installed. If you have an Eastron meter on site, please select 'Eastron Meter'.
Stay in 'Advanced Settings' by pressing the ESC button two times. Next, navigate to 'Grid ON / Grid OFF' as in Step 4. Finally, select 'Grid ON' and press ENTER.
Note: You should see that the operation light turns on.
Press ESC to exit to the main screen. The status displayed will be 'LimByEPM', which indicates that you have succesfully set up the export limit.
Note: Do not turn OFF the failsafe alarm. If you have any Failsafe alarm, it indicates issues with the export setup and connections. Check the connections and ensure that the inverter is meter compliant.
