To configure your speed dials or fast dials:
Log in to the Cisco Unified Communications Express web page. See

From the menu, choose Configure > Phones.
To add a speed dial, find an open space in the Speed Dial Information section
• Enter the phone number, including any prefix digit that your system requires
for external numbers.
• Enter label to identify the speed dial.
To add a personal fast dial number, find an open space in the Fast Dial section.
• Enter the phone number, including any prefix digit that your system requires
for external numbers.
• Enter label to identify the fast dial.
