3 INSTALLATION AND OPERATION Mounting the track system The track system must be installed according to Winncare's installation guide. Operating The LUNA X5 is ready for use, when it is correctly assembled, and the spreader bar is ® also properly installed. In this section, reference will be made to the buttons from the previous section “Pictograms and functions”. When the hand control is connected to the socket on the front panel, the ceiling hoist will start up in emergency stop mode (this is to ensure that the condition of the ceiling hoist is assessed before use). -

X5 lift spreader bar is designed for use with Winncare's lifting slings. ® Winncare lifting slings have 2-6 lifting straps and are designed for slings with loop straps. If a lifting sling from an unapproved manufacturer is used or if the lifting sling is not properly attached to the spreader bar, Winncare takes no responsibility for any errors or accidents. -

Winncare or other qualified technical personnel. It is the responsibility of the owner of the product to ensure that the periodic inspection is complied with. When replacing components, only original spare parts from Winncare should be used to ensure the product's functionality and safety. - Page 23 Winncare or a technician trained by Winncare. For replacements, ONLY original spare parts from Winncare should be used for safety reasons.
