REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
MONITOR UNIT
These instructions describe how to replace the MU-201CE/CR with the MU-192, using the monitor
replacement kit (OP26-50). The OP26-50 allows you to install the MU-192 to the existing bracket
for the MU-201CE/CR.

1. Attach the flush mounting sponges H19 (sup-
plied with this kit, thickness: 2 mm) and V19
(supplied with the MU-192, thickness: 2 mm) to
the back of the MU-192 in the order shown in the
right-hand figure.
Note: Place the unit facedown on a soft, clean
surface to prevent damage to the LCD.
2. Attach the conversion attachment to the MU-192, using the eight binding screws (M4×10).
The cutout on the conversion attachment must face to the bottom of the unit.

The cutout must face to
the bottom of the unit.
3. Remove four panel caps and hex bolts (M6×25) from the
MU-201CE/CR to remove the unit from the bracket, then dis-
connect all cables.
The panel caps and hex bolts can be discarded.
4. Remove the release paper from the double-sided tape on the spacers, then attach them to
the bracket referring to the figure below.
Attach the spacers
to these holes.
5. Connect all cables to the MU-192, referring to section "1.8 Wiring" in the Operator's Manual
of the MU-192.
Remove the terminal board cover at the bottom of the MU-192 to connect the power cable to
the terminal board with crimp-on lugs. Make sure to reattach the cover after connecting the
cable.
6. Secure the MU-192 to the bracket using the four oval head screws (φ6×30) and rosette wash-
ers (M6).
