Vid koppling av elkabel till skarvsladd måste skarvsladden vara vattenskyddad (IP44). Maskinen får inte användas om elkablarna eller kontakterna är skadade. Om elkabeln är skadad måste den bytas av Dustcontrol eller av Dustcontrol auktoriserad serviceverkstad. Viktig åtgärd Innan rengöring eller underhåll måste produkten stängas av och kopplas bort från elnät eller tryckluftssystem. -

DC Tromb 600 Twin Produktbeskrivning Produkten är en industridammsugare med en föravskiljare monterad direkt på chassit. Filterrensning sker manuellt. Dammsugaren är utrustad med finfilter och HEPA-filter. Både dammsugare och föravskiljare har plastsäck som utmatningsalternativ. Motor 600 DC Tromb 600 drivs av tre 1-fas fläktar. Dessa kan styras individuellt med hjälp av knappar på motorpaketet. -

DC Tromb 600 Twin Drift Anslut Anslut maskinen till ett eluttag med spänning enligt specifikationerna på maskinens märkplåt. Filterrensning Maskinen har en filterindikationslampa som lyser när filtret behöver rensas eller bytas. Instruktioner för filterrensning Låt maskinen vara påslagen, ställ om filterrensningsknappen och stäng spjället på cyklonens inlopp. - Page 12 DC Tromb 600 Twin Dammfritt byte av plastsäck NOTERA Maskinen ska vara påslagen under hela säckbytet. MIN 5cm Ta bort säcken. Säcken måste förslutas efter att den tagits av maskinen. Använd endast Dustcontrols original- säckar, se Tillbehör för mer information.

DC Tromb 600 Twin Service/Underhåll Rengöring Vid rengöring och skötsel av maskinen ska maskinen vara avstängd och kontakten dras ur. Filterbyte Finfiltret ska bytas minst en gång per år. Endast original filter får användas. HEPA-filter ska bytas efter 300 timmar. -

DC Tromb 600 Twin Vid filterbyte kontrollera packningen. En otät packning kan förorsaka utsläpp av hälsofarliga damm. Använd aldrig gamla packningar eller plagiat-filter. Utbytta filter ska läggas i en plastsäck som försluts. Motor För fläktmotorer är den typiska livslängden för originalborstar 600-700 timmar. Borsten kan bytas. För det andra borstpaketet är livslängden ca 400 timmar och för det tredje borstpaketet ca 300 timmar. - Page 15 DC Tromb 600 Twin Maskinen ska funktionsprovas och ses över enligt lokala föreskrifter eller minst en gång per år eftersom det är en maskin för hälsofarligt material. Slitna delar måste bytas ut. Äventyra aldrig funktion och livslängd. Använd endast originaldelar.

Garantitiden är två år och avser fabrikationsfel. Garantin gäller under förutsättning att maskinen används på normalt sätt och får den service som krävs. Normalt slitage ersätts inte. Reparationer ska utföras av Dustcontrol eller av person som godkänts av Dustcontrol. I annat fall förverkas garantin. -

If using an extension cord, it must be waterproof. The machine must not be used if the power cords or contacts are damaged. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Dustcontrol or a Dustcontrol authorized service center. Important action Before cleaning or maintenance, the product must be turned off and disconnected from the power grid or com- pressed air system. -

DC Tromb 600 Twin Product description The product is an industrial vacuum cleaner with a pre-separator mounted directly on the chassis. Filter cleaning is done manually. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a fine filter and a HEPA filter. Both the vacuum cleaner and the pre-separator have plastic bags as a discharge option. -

DC Tromb 600 Twin Operation Connection Connect the machine to an electrical outlet with a voltage as per the machine’s rating plate specifications. Filter cleaning The machine has a filter indicator light that lights up when the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced. - Page 29 The machine must be switched on during the entire bag change. MIN 5cm Remove the sack. The bag must be sealed after it is removed from the machine. Use only Dustcontrol's original bags, see Accessories for more information. Install the new bag. Use the tension band for dust-free work. Use the hooks for easy hanging of the bag.

DC Tromb 600 Twin Service/Maintenance Cleaning The machine must be switched off and unplugged before cleaning and maintenance. Filter replacement The fine filter must be replaced at least once a year. Only original filters may be used. HEPA filters must be replaced after 300 hours. -

DC Tromb 600 Twin When changing the filter, check the gasket. A leaky gasket can cause the release of health-hazardous dust. Never use old gaskets or plagiarized filters. Replaced filters must be placed in a resealable plastic bag. Motor The typical service life of a fan motor's original brushes is 600-700 hours. The brush can be replaced. The service life of the second brush set is approx. -

DC Tromb 600 Twin Regular checks Regularly check the power cord for damage. The machine must be tested and inspected at least once a year due to its use with hazardous materials. Worn parts must be replaced. Never risk functionality and service life. Only use genuine parts. -

Page 34: Warranty
The warranty period is two years and covers manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid on condition that the machine is used in the normal way and receives the required service. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Repairs must be carried out by Dustcontrol or personnnel authorized by Dustcontrol. Otherwise, the warranty is void. Engine The engine (s) of the product are not covered by the warranty. -

DC Tromb 600 Twin Funcionamiento Conexión Conecte la máquina a una toma de corriente con tensión según las especificaciones de la placa de identificación de la máquina. Limpieza de filtros La máquina tiene una luz indicadora de filtro que se enciende cuando es necesario limpiar o reemplazar el filtro. - Page 47 Retire el saco. La bolsa debe sellarse después de retirarla de la máquina. Utilice únicamente bolsas originales de Dustcontrol, consulte Accesorios para más información. Instale la nueva bolsa.
