1) ANTAR Sp. J., 03-068 Warsaw, ul. Zawiślańska 43, hereby provides a 12-month product warranty starting
from the date of purchase of the product by the purchaser.
2) During the warranty period, ANTAR undertakes to carry out the repairs necessary to restore the proper
functioning of the product, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the service,
together with the proof of purchase and the warranty card.
3) ANTAR reserves the right to replace the product if it is considered that the repair costs are not cost-effective.
Repair or replacement of defective products does not extend the warranty period.
4) If the product is found to be malfunctioning, it must be sent immediately to the ANTAR address (given in point
1) or contact the point of sale.
5) Read the instructions carefully before use and follow t h e instructions. Use of the product contrary to its
intended use and recommendations will result in irrevocable loss of warranty.
6) The warranty does not cover damage caused by external mechanical force, loading in excess of the user's
maximum permissible weight as described in the instructions, or contact of the product with alcohol, oily
substances or petrol. The guarantee does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear during use, such as the
bearing, rubber parts and others.
7) A product submitted for service in connection with a complaint must not cause an outbreak.
8) THIS GUARANTEE IS ONLY VALID IF ACCOMPANIED BY PROOF OF PURCHASE (BILL, RECEIPT,
INVOICE). IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM, THE PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE ENCLOSED. IN ORDER
TO RECOGNISE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY PERIOD FOR PRODUCTS WHOSE PURCHASE WAS
REIMBURSED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH FUND, A COPY OF THE ORDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF
MEDICAL DEVICES THAT ARE ORTHOPAEDIC AND AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT MUST BE
ENCLOSED.
9) Complaints submitted without proof of purchase and the warranty card with the product serial number will not
be accepted.
