    WARNINGS! ● Accessible parts of the barbecue become very hot during use. Keep children and others who need supervision at a safe distance. ● The barbecue is intended for outdoor use only in well-ventilated areas. ● Leak tests (see page 23) must always be carried out before the barbecue is used and when replacing the gas cylinder.

    TECHNICAL DATA Total Heat input: 17 kW Gas consumption: 1237 gram/hour Gas cylinder (not included): Use standard cylinder approved for use in the Nordic Region. Even though butane and propane gas can be used, we recommend propane for use in the Nordic Region.

    If the barbecue is damaged during transport, do not assemble the barbecue before contacting your dealer or support@fccproducts.no. Transport damage to parts, varnish or enamel must be reported to the dealer or FCC Products before mounting and using the barbecue. If damage is reported after, there is a possibility that damage may have occurred during assembly.

    ASSEMBLY Place a piece of cardboard (e.g the grill carton) on the floor to prevent scratching the unit and parts during assembly. Turn the bottom plate (23) upside down and press/push on the wheels (27). Mount the right and left side panels (19, 24) with the pre-installed screws in the bottom panel (22).
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY Attach the rear low panel (22) to the low side panels and bottom panel using the 4 pcs screws B. 4 x B Attach the cart triangular support brackets (26) with the pre-in- stalled screws to the bottom panel and lower side panels.
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY Attach the cart beam (21) to the top of the legs with 8x screw A. 4 x A Fix the main burner knobs (30) to the main burner bezels (29). NOTE! Two persons is recommended when fitting the barbecue top on the cart. Lift the grill body and place it on the base.
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY Fit all four B screws before tightening. 4 x B Loosen the pre-assembled screws on the right side of the firebox. Align the side table to the screws and slide the side burner assembly (17) on to the screws. Then thighten the screws.
  • Page 14 ASSEMBLY Loosen the screws on sideburner. Slide the burner unit on the bracket. Tighten the screws. Then attach the burner unit to the side burner table. Remem- ber to attach the sideburner lighting wire . Chef's Supreme Pro 4.1...
  • Page 15 ASSEMBLY Loosen the pre-assembled screws on the right side of the firebox. Align the side table to the screws and slide the side table (41) on. Then thighten the screws. Mount the barrier strip for cast iron grids inside the fire box and use 2 pcs B screws and 2 pcs D washers to secure it.
  • Page 16 ASSEMBLY The gas connection bracket and hose is attached behind the control panel with a cable tie. Cut the cable tie carefully with a scissor. Fix the bracket with gas intake to the side panel using 1x screw A. Secure the hose by tightening the nut on the bracket. 1 x A Chef's Supreme Pro 4.1...

  • Page 18 ASSEMBLY Step To install the doors, align the hole under the door with the hinge on the bottom panel. Step The hinge at the top is spring loaded. Push it down and line up the hole on top of the door so the hinge snaps into the hole. The doors on this grill can be adjusted if necessary.
  • Page 19 ASSEMBLY Secure right side table with 2x screw B and 2x washer D from the inside of the firebox. 2 x A Align the flame tamers on the grooves inside the firebox. The flame tamers should not be placed on top of the infrared burner Insert the cast iron grills.

  • Page 21 ASSEMBLY The barbecue is now fully assembled. Add a regulator and hose (sold separately). Do not use the barbecue while the gas cylinder is inside the cabinet. Perform a leak test before using the barbecue. Read more about how to perform a leak test on page 23. ASSEMBLY IS NOW COMPLETE.

    CONNECTING GAS FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO AVOID SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR BARBECUE AND CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY. HOSE • Connect the gas hose to the gas inlet on the barbecue. Tighten well. • Install the regulator and hose. Follow the installation instructions that came with the controller set.

    If detected leakage cannot be rectified, do not attempt to cure leakage but consult your dealer or FCC Products at support@fccbbq.com for help in solving the problem. Leak test must be done regularly and every time the gas cylinder, regulator or hose is replaced.

    LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS Always keep the lid open when lighting the grill. Never bend over the grill when lighting it and protect your face in the event of a flare-up. 2. Make sure that all switches are in the OFF position. Open the gas valve on the regulator. 3.

    LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS LIGHTING THE SIDE BURNER Open the lid of the side burner. 2. Make sure all the burner knobs are in the OFF position. Open the gas valve of the gas cylinder. 3. Press and turn the knob slowly to the left to the HI position until you hear a click. This will genera- te a spark to the electrode prongs and ignite the burners.

    MAINTENANCE KEEP THE FIREBOX, FLAME TAMERS, COOKING GRATE KEEP THE FIREBOX, FLAME TAMERS, COOKING GRATE AND ACCESSORIES CLEAN TO AVOID GREASE FIRES. AND ACCESSORIES CLEAN TO AVOID GREASE FIRES. IF A GREASE FIRE OCCUR from running down on flame tamers and on the grease tray.

    • We recommend the use of FCC BBQ original covers for the best possible protection against rain, pollen and pollution. Remember that the barbecue must be completely dry and cold before applying the coating. The coating is equally waterproof both ways and moisture on the inside can cause major rust damage on painted and stainless steel surfaces.
