Induction Cooktop
Turning Surface Units On
WARNING
FIRE HAZARD: Never leave the
range unattended with the cooktop on. Keep
flammable items away from the cooktop. Turn off all
controls when done cooking. Failure to follow these
instructions can result in fire, serious injury or death.
To use the cooktop, place induction capabe cookware
on the surface unit. Touch On/Off pad. A chime can be
heard with each touch to any pad. "0" will be displayed
Cookware Detection
When cookware is not detected from the cooktop
surface, the surface unit power level display turns off

turns off automatically. Cookware is not detetected by a

Synchronize Left Surface Units
To Turn On
With either the left rear or left front surface units on,
touch the Sync pad to connect the surface units. A
series of bars will be shown on both surface unit displays
when surface units are synced. Operate either surface
unit to adjust power level.
The power level of the synced surface units will be
shown on both displays. The displayed power level
represents the combined sync surface element power
level, not the power levels of each individual surface
element.

1. Swipe the gray line to the
desired power level.
2. Touch Anywhere along the
gray line, or;
press the Power Boost pad.

Water between the cookware and surface unit will result
in cookware detection issues and can affect power
delivery.
When a surface unit is shut off because of missing,
misplaced, or unsuitable cookware, the surface unit
power level must be turned off or adjusted to turn the
affected surface unit back on.
To Turn Off
1. Touch the On/Off pad on either surface unit to turn off
the Sync surface unit.

2. Touch the Sync to turn both surface units off.
